Ordering and Security

Do I need to set up an account to order?

No. Registration is not required to place an order through our store. Upon checkout, you may select 'Checkout as a guest' to complete your transaction without registering.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Natural Food Shop accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex), as well as PayPal and Cheque.

Can I view the contents of orders I have placed in the past?

If you are a registered member, you can login with your email and password by clicking the “Login” button in the top right corner of the website. Once you are logged in, the “Login” button becomes the “My Account” button which will then give you access to your account information. Scroll over the My Account link and click on “Orders History” to view the content of previous orders.

Will my credit card information be saved in your database?

No, your credit card information will not be saved. However, your billing and shipping information will be securely saved for your convenience.

Can I place my order by phone?

Yes. If you prefer to place your order by phone, please call 1-800-430-9285 to speak to a knowledgeable customer service representative.

Is my credit card information safe when I order through your site?

Yes, our site utilizes 128 Bit SSL Encryption to ensure that your order will be placed safely and securely.

What if you no longer have an item in stock?

If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock, simply click the 'Get Notified When Item is Back in Stock' link on the product's detail page. We will promptly notify you when the product is re-stocked.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all parts of Canada and the USA.

When will my package ship?

Most orders will be packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order. Upon checkout, you will have an opportunity to upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional cost.

Can I track my package?

Yes, we will email tracking information to you after your order has been processed and shipped.
